With one foot in science and another in the mystery, I hold space for people who are ready to meet themselves – fully, honestly, energetically.

My background is in healthcare: I’m a trained nurse with years of experience supporting people through physical and emotional crisis. Over time, I realized that true healing goes deeper – beyond symptoms, into the body’s energy, memory, and soul.

That’s what led me to Innerdance, and to the study of trauma, consciousness, and subtle energetics.

What I offer now is not just healing – it’s deep energetic remembering, rooted in presence and the wisdom of the body.

Today, I offer a blend of energy work, ceremony, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. I guide people through burnout, stress-related trauma, spiritual awakening, and deep remembering.
